Aim and Scope

Electronic Devices is a comprehensive primary medium of disseminating research in electronic devices and related fields for a wide range of multidisciplinary audiences. The goal of this scholarly journal is to give an update of state-of-the art in this interdisciplinary field, while focusing on new trends in electronic device research. Such new trends include investigation of electronic devices, device performance and related areas.
