Abstract: The training and education is required to install the solar panels and for the use of photovoltaic panels. We in this paper have proposed such training. We have presented a system for remote measurement of base photovoltaic parameters with the help of the source-measure units and graphic programming. We have deployed a regular web-browser for remote access to hardware.
