Keeping this prime idea into consideration, here authors have proposed a strategic model plan to set up an online content
management system to display press clips (or news contents) which leads to a leap towards the betterment of the press
displays service and reach end user community with a healthy approach of access to information contents. Through this
paper, authors have highlighted the past and current practices of its operations, collection development, management and
access process to find out a better service solution for news contents access and use for all academic pursuit.},
