Scientific collaboration is a core component in scientific collaboration measurement for which researches use a few determinants. We in this study have measured the scientific collaboration in Canadian Universities during the period 2002 and 2008 using Canadian Bibliometric Database (CBD) of the Observatory of Science and Technology (OST-Quebec). Using an exploratory model, we did analyses of the data and found that the funding has significant impact on the quality of publications. Our results also reveal that organizational attributes play a crucial role in explaining research collaboration, especially in terms of the language of universities.}, }
