User satisfaction is the degree to which a user believe that the system and the information available to them
meets their requirements. The purpose of this paper is to identify the technological factors that impact on user satisfaction,
and test the proposed model. In this paper various variables responsible for user satisfaction has been discussed such as
system quality, information quality , and service quality. Data were collected quantitatively from employees working in two
telecommunication companies in Yemen. 202 completed questionnaires were received. Data analyzed by using AMOS
software and SPSS statistical program. The expected result of this study is develop model that show the impact of technological
factors on user satisfaction. The model were tested with structural equation modeling techniques. This study found that there
are significant relationship between information quality, and service quality with user satisfaction.
