It consists to identify in document content and for a given context, a set of particularly relevant keywords called index terms. The complexity of this process comes from the dynamic and heterogeneous nature of information resources. Currently most search systems developed for information retrieval are based on vector representations like the space vector model, others use various statistical and / or probabilistic approach. Generally, for a given user need, the documents retrieved are not relevant for the context search, because the precision feature is partial (presence of noise), and furthermore other relevant documents will never be found as effect of a low recall measurement (presence of silence). Our work aims to propose an approach to complete a full semantic annotation on textual documents largely used for exchanging and sharing information on the web. We will use a multi agents system to reproduce the concepts of autonomy, cooperation and communication which are inherent to this type of systems. Our model is based on knowledge domain ontology, especially it is used to generate the annotations as sets of concepts, relationships and RDF triples (concept, concept, relation) carried in a conceptual graph formalism.Therefore the semantic index sets for the web agents the documents semantics to hold and perform web services.}, }
