The combination of WEB technology and database will achieve extension of WEB functions and bring better experience for users. Thus, it is very necessary to design WEB-based computer experiment management system. This paper aims to design and implement WEB-based computer experiment management system as well as develop network-based computer experiment management system with good user experience by combining the latest database technology and network technology.
