In this paper we present a novel and noble approach to revitalize the sense of community that began to diminish due to our modern and fast pace life style. In order for any community to flourish, members have to collaborate and work together. Innovative and cutting edge technologies should be used to benefit and not harm our personal lives, families and the society we live in. Community Linked is a framework that relies on cutting edge technologies and our innovative solution to embrace the community spirit and help achieve its goals. In this paper, we review the different link patterns in the World Wide Web. Then, we provide a partial list of user stories to prescribe the desired functionalities of the system. Online social networks are a particular type of virtual community and in recent years they have attracted many people. These networks provide various features for users and allow them to construct a profile and share their information. Hence searching in users’ profiles and their information is one of the most common operations in social networks. In this paper, we present a search method based on ontology in which for each profile in social network an ontology is created and then the same is done for user’s query. Using ontology matching techniques these ontologies are matched with each other and the similarities between them are computed. Finally according to similarities, results related to user’s query are found and represented. The experiments show that the presented method is efficient and provide satisfactory results. During this article, we want to underline the inherent reasons that push learner to search for domain concepts in the outer of the learning platform by the use of the search engine; so we introduce an hypothesis which says that all concepts sought on the web by use of the search engine can be considered as knowledge poorly or badly acquired by learners and requires support both by the course author to restructure and adapt the course content and from tutor to monitor the learner on these identified concept.
