This article explores the optimization and management design of English teaching based on computer network functions. With the continuous development of computer and network technology, applying computer networks to optimize English teaching management has become a trend. This article first introduces the application background and significance of computer networks in English teaching and then analyzes the current problems in English teaching, such as single teaching methods, insufficient teaching resources, and low student participation.
