Consequently organizations are looking for software applications to integrate business practices and improve the access to real time, updated and accurate information. In order to deal with such a changing environment organizations have turned to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as these systems promising enormous benefits and significant improvements among which the enabling the effective information flow within the entire organization. This study evaluates the perceived value of the ERP systems from at the user level. Unlike other study which focused on other outcomes of the ERP implementation such as financial and economical revenues the study takes a further step in focusing on ERP users to see whether or not the systems deliver the expected benefits at the user level.}, }
