  abstract = {This study focuses on the tendencies of current research related to knowledge sharing. The literature review emphasizes the key factors that influence the motivation of knowledge sharing within organizations. The review investigates
factors of knowledge sharing in three different areas: individual factors, organizational factors, and technological factors.
The current tools used in knowledge sharing are also surveyed. Thirty eight research papers between 2009 and 2013 are investigated. The result of this research indicates that significant factors can motivate the development of knowledge sharing within an organization effectively.},
