The data were extracted from the web of science database which is maintained by Thomson Reuters. CitNet explorer is a visualization software which can be used to study the progress of a research field, to describe the literature on a research topic, and also to support literature reviewing. Further, this study also presents the visualization of publications, citation network, cluster analysis and core publications in Quantum cryptography research output.
