  <abstract>Web based solutions are now advocated in every field of knowledge and digital solutions are transferred through online and to the end-users with web systems. We propose the Content management systems (CMSs) as one solution that can respond to these challenges. We in this work have introduced a new classification and structure for CMSs, based on their security, community platform, support, and feature sets, to assist organizations. The end users can able to access the CMS more effectively.</abstract>
