Abstract: We have introduced a system for receiving the measures for behavioural RF planar. The modalities are based on the S-parameter dependant data. With the help of the macro-definitions in the graphical analyser, we have computer the realization. We have supported the behavioural model with PSpice input language. We have performed the simulation-based experiments that ensure the computer model validity and the procedures for extraction.
