Journal of Electronic Systems Aicha Bensenouci, Wahid Nouibat 5 1 2015 This paper presents the experimental validation procedure of a simple override control system through a typical use case of oil pipeline with pressure and flow control using a single valve. It is based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and WinCC .The main aim of the control is to achieve a certain flow rate, however due to safety considerations, the pressure must be kept within certain limits. The pressure controller is therefore known as the “limiting controller” or “secondary controller”
