Abstract: Various parameters are applied while evaluating the data centers’ quality. This paper has used the parameter, the accessibility of the services to evaluate the quality of data centers. We are able to arrive at a set of parameters for quality judgement. Besides, we have prepared a generalized parameter which is the quantification of the quality and it is applied to decide the benchmark between various parameters. Finally, we are able to find a perfect variant for arriving definite case.
