  abstract = {In this paper, we have studied the stochastic radiation nature and its impact on 2 D localization of narrow band
electromagnetic source. We have used the artificial neural networks (ANN) to do it. We have conducted tests with 2D direction of arrival (DoA) determination of electromagnetic signals. This process has caused the changes in the parallel plane to the 2D antenna array level. The training model is developed for deriving the sampling of spatial correlation matrix for which the antenna array is useful.},
