  abstract = {We have introduced a method for measuring the statistical characteristics of the optimal divergence of the laser beam at free space optics systems. Using the various weather conditions, we have estimated the probability density function of the meteorological visibility through the use of statistical materials. We then measure the metrorological visibility with the optimal divergence of the laser beam with a deterministic relationship. By using the spectral dependence, we have advocated a simplified model for calculating the volume of coefficient of the atmospheric extinction.},
