  <abstract>Knowledge Brokering is emerging as an important domain in knowledge management. As web is emerging as a good platform in the knowledge society, web based knowledge brokering has come up with many models and techniques. In this paper we propose a knowledge brokering design and arrived with interesting findings and conclusions.</abstract>
