Journal of E-Technology Hongjie- Li 8 2 2017 Since China’s reform and opening up, the market economy is accelerating the pace with the reform and it has achieved fruitful results. The economy of the country is to promote the management of state-owned market economy and has made great achievements. The study of economies is the normal development process in the study of economic management. The economic management correctly or not directly affects the economy of various aspects function and in the current global economic integration trend, finding how to measure the better economic management is an very important topic. In this study, we firstly analyze the current development status. Then we discuss the relevant theoretical basis and technology development in this paper. The basis of artificial intelligence has established the new economic management control system which we studied. Then through the actual case of the system we carry out the experiment, and the experiment results are analyzed, so as to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the new system. And ultimately it proves that the new system can better perform to economic management than the traditional system, and this study is very meaningful.
