Over the years, the class room teaching and learning owing to technological influence have changed drastically which lead to digital transformation in the society. Teaching-learning methods are evolving in combination with new technologies, due to the daily use of the technology where the learners experience a new learning environment. It has been proved that the normal and old way of learning is insufficient to acquire the new set of necessary skills in a
global, complex, and highly competitive environment. While the technical capabilities of professionals are valued in the industry, social skills are a differentiating aspect that organizations demand today. In this work, we presented the general design of an elective course of the Specialization in Technological Management program of a selected university. The
curriculum planning was based on promoting the values through teamwork, continuous feedback, and using some gadgets to stimulate students’ participation. Ultimately we have drawn inferences obtained from the survey applied to students when they finished the course. Finally, we presented the opportunities for improvement, and conclusions of the process.
