We in this paper have created a new application platform called as ConfEdit, which will help to organize the event. In this work we have used the php framework and mySQL database and it is a tool that allows conference organizers to spend more time on the program and significantly less time administering. We found that this platform recorded better applications used by the largest number of scientific academic conferences. The features include the use of multilingual menus, responsive design for different screens and interactive pages.
