This paper has used the parameter, the accessibility of the services to evaluate the quality of data centers. We are able to arrive at a set of parameters for quality judgement. Besides, we have prepared a generalized parameter which is the quantification of the quality and it is applied to decide the benchmark between various parameters. Finally, we are able to find a perfect variant for arriving definite case.
