To achieve this task, we have developed the system based on multilayer perceptron network. In this process, to find the near value of ions concentration, we have used the latitude of the observed receiving terminal and the present point in time. The obtained data enable the measurement of the phase advance of the carrier signal. This is done with the propagation through the ionosphere. The present model design helps the measurement of ionospheric carrier phase advance and it is tested in the target areas. }, }
