Using the multi-physical sciences approach, we have developed a system for Hybrid Electric vehicles. The variables such as PI Controller, Vehicle load system, gearbox and electric drive components are considered for the simulation exercise in a chain of parallel HEV. The stages in the system are tested and analysed based on the empirical data. The testing and experimentation are confirmation of the system’s validity.
