  abstract = {Project MediHelp is a Question Answering System which is available for the layman to address his day to day medical curiosity and information regarding hundreds of ailments and remedies. The project aims at giving the users a concise summary of responses to their queries related to diseases, symptoms or any general information that is present in the
database relevant to the query of the user. The user enters the query wherein there are three options available to him whether
to enter a disease, symptom or ask for general information. There onwards, the query is analysed by the system and then it
removes stop words. Further, the keywords are tagged and the question is classified into different categories. Accordingly,
different answers are extracted using keyword matching for the same query using different databases.
The system integrates Stanford NLP tool along with into a single system that provides query formulation, automatic question and candidate answer annotation, answer re-ranking, and training for the various components},
