of this study is to explore the use of library resources and the facilities by the disabled users in TNDALU library and its affiliated institution libraries and to discover whether the TNDALU library and its affiliated institutions are satisfying the various requirements of disabled users in the digital era. To assess the facility, services and electronic resources in the Tamil
Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University library and its affiliated law colleges for the disabled users, a short Questionnaire method and interview method data collection techniques was done. It consists of twenty three questions regarding facilities and services provided by the university library and its affiliated institutions on the following parameters: a. Availability of Digital resources and facilities for the disabled users. b. Usefulness of Digital resources and library facilities for disabled users in Institutions and Opinion on library facility. The data collected from seventy users are analyzed and it was tabulated using percentage tabulation to draw inferences and findings.},
