  abstract = {Satellite positioning models need space and complex surface with well-developed infrastructure and it becomes difficult to institute in urban regions. The correct determination of the moving object’s location in many urban areas is increasing in the recent years. This condition warrants terrestrial navigation models that permit instituting in urban conditions to meet the correct measure of the position of the moving objects. We have developed a new model for finding the two-dimensional coordinates of objects by finding the delay of signal transmission. This transfer is instituted by many synchronized receiver stations.},
