  <abstract>The main focus of this paper is to investigate the use of Technology Acceptance Model to understand the factors that affect peopleâ€™s acceptance of E-Learning Systems and Websites, including cultural factors. E-Learning Technologies are in general considered to be useful and important to the learning process. Despite this perceived usefulness, some people are still not adopting the use of E-Learning and considering it to be still not one of the best options for Learning.</abstract>
