Although stakeholders put their efforts to develop such projects often encounter difficulties in implementing the work plan of the research. The purpose of this article is to propose a model of information system that supports the management of research projects, and that allows for an improvement in the process. For this we conducted a systematic review of the literature, we applied a measuring instrument, and the system was modeled using the model-driven architecture.
