  <abstract>Effective communication between patients and healthcare providers is required for delivering health services. This involves both patient education and operational procedures. In practice, SMS-based information delivery is workable and normally used by many providers. Automated message service through SMS is an ideal solution to ensure better communication. A well-designed way can help develop healthcare services.</abstract>
