The study is exploratory, and national and international articles were culled from various sources. Articles that recommended or advocated using IoT technology in libraries are included in the study. However, this article did not include IoT applications that might be used in libraries. The study offers an in-depth analysis of IoT technologies for library use in five sections: introduction, the concept of IoT, application of IoT in libraries, and advantages and challenges of adopting IoT. Finally, it concluded that implementing IoT technology in libraries is essential to offering contemporary and conventional services to many techno-dexterous people at their preferred location despite the cybersecurity risks and challenges.}, }
