  abstract = {Recently, there are growing interest and participation of the summer water leisure sports, and also increasing needs for various boats hull designs for the typical water leisure boats. In this paper, we want to develop the recommendation system for the water leisure boat design using collaborative filtering technique to actively respond to changes in consumers’ various needs for hull design. To do this, through a consumer survey, we have selected emotions for boat design, derived the emotions from the factor analysis and assessment, and presented the boat design array in the customer’s preferred emotional side. We also presented the models of water leisure boat to suit user’s preference by analyzing in respect to factors like hull of the boat, body, propulsion devices, etc to gain the emotional word based on the boat design that reflects the user’s preference.},
