Health institutions and hospitals collect, store and preserve different types of real medical data. We in this work extracted such voluminous data from the big data set maintained by the National Health Insurance organization and we limit our work to a selected sub-domain, dementia. While analysing this big medical data we draw the below premises. Large number of dementia patients are elderly ones. The depression leads to affect patients and aggravate the disease. The big data analysis provide insights and help to manage the patients in the affected disease. Consequently it leads to the reduction of the problem and other kinds of data provide statistical results.}, }
