Each process part provides to save transport expenses and the fire risk mitigation. Earlier studies have worked out on this issue using a few parameters such as expert criteria, simulation, and optimization. In this study, a hybrid bacterial genetic optimization algorithm for the functioning of plant layout is used. It leads to a mathematical model that reduce the interconnection cost and land cost. Besides, the proposed model considered the facilities dimensions, minimal distances among facilities, and minimum distance up to the property boundary. The evaluation exercise was done with case studies and the experimental results make known the advantages of this design with good acceptable results and time. }, }
