Managed Solutions for End Users in Networked Based Business

Abstract: Business clients do expect a managed solution for the technology related issues. We in this study focused an enterprise organization for the Internet connection issues. End users are likely to select a set of the predefined solutions that network operator already has in his service portfolio. There are instances where the clients have a particular interest and there is a requirement to manage the solution to overcome the request. During this instances, the user defined request depends on the head office location. In the trial process we balance between different solutions and observe the developments and take decisions.
