  <abstract>Frequent disconnection of communication asymmetry, user data access pattern variability, energy limited
mobile terminal is the typical characteristics of mobile computing environment. How can we ensure access to mobile data
terminal efficiency in such â€œharshâ€ conditions, timeliness is research. With the development of computer technology, wireless
communication technology, the development of mobile terminal technology, mobile computing technology is a new technology
emerged. Mobile computing technology has brought great convenience to peopleâ€™s access to information. People can use
mobile devices through the network access device corresponding to the convenient access to the required information from
the information source. The development of mobile computing technology has also brought the rapid development of the new
field of mobile database. The mobile computing environment in large-scale users, asymmetric Kipling and down link
communication, frequent communication link disconnection and computing environment data to the mobile distribution
organization, has brought great challenges. To improve the efficiency of data access to the mobile terminal to this harsh
environment, reduce the data access cost is an important research topic. From the data broadcasting technology, data
etching and data caching techniques to study three aspects to improve the performance of mobile computing environment
