Examining the Level of Information Literacy among First-Year English students at the University of Sargodha Sohail Mehmood, Shahid Mehmood, Shaista Shahid Page: 1-14 Abstract_    Full_Text   2.62 MB   Download:   71  times https://doi.org/10.6025/jio/2023/13/1/1-14 Abstract: We have studied the information literacy skills of the users who use English as the primary communication at Sargodha University. In our study, a total of 160 undergraduates, both men and women. To reach their end goal, users had to fill out a questionnaire created by Mittermeyer and Quirion (2003). This study showed that undergraduates at the studied institution need to learn more about using information. Because of this outcome, it was suggested that students from UOS need to participate in the research activities.
| Health and Safety Data Analysis of the Population using Injury Data Ivo Kuzmanov, Silvana Angelevska and Zore Angelevski Page: 15-21 Abstract_    Full_Text   1.23 MB   Download:   59  times https://doi.org/10.6025/jio/2023/13/1/15-21 Abstract: This study has investigated the injuries of the population in the selected region to understand health and safety. We studied the nature and number of injuries by analysing the documents from the safety and health investigators of the region. We have classified the collected data and analysed the business entity. This is a kind of annual exercise we have resorted.
| GPS Data Conversion and Analysis for Tapping Animal Movement Eltimir Stoimenov, Tsvetan Shoshkov, Rosen Miletiev, Ivailo Pandiev Page: 22-28 Abstract_    Full_Text   1.13 MB   Download:   50  times https://doi.org/10.6025/jio/2023/13/1/22-28 Abstract: We have used tracking tags to tap the wild animals. The proposed device uses ultra-low power, a minor form of the GPS receiver that helps the correct object identification. Besides, we have used the auxiliary motion sensors with a gyro accelerometer for data recording. The RT transceiver has used the GPS data with the ISM band to convert the base station data. The base station converts the GPS data with networks to the servers located in the central repository.
