Abstract: Effective communication between patients and healthcare providers is required for delivering health services. This involves both patient education and operational procedures. In practice, SMS-based information delivery is workable and normally used by many providers. Automated message service through SMS is an ideal solution to ensure better communication. A well-designed way can help develop healthcare services.

Abstract: Dynamic programming languages have been gaining popularity in recent years, along with the popularity of web 2.0 apps. A lot of web frameworks have been created based on dynamic programming languages, such as Rails (developed in Ruby) Grails (in Groovy) and Django (in Python). These frameworks have been designed to improve the productivity of web application development by encouraging Agile methodologies of work and keeping the code simple and maintainable. This paper has analysed whether the same gains can be made in multiagent system (MAS) development. We have compared the code quality and size in Groovy (asynchronous dynamic programming language), Python (asynchronous programming language) and Ruby (static-typed programming language) using independent implementations of asynchronous dynamic programming algorithms in all four languages. The results of this analysis can be generalized for other MAS algorithms.

Abstract: The complexity of modern processors and the constant competition between different computer technologies led to the development of many different computer architectures, all with their pros and cons, but all with the same goal: to improve the overall performance of the computer systems. In this paper, we’ll look at the following computer architectures: RISC architecture, CISC architecture, Superscalar architecture, VLIW architecture, EPIC architecture, and Data flow processor architectures. All of these architectures have their pros and cons. We’ll also look at the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. We’ll also briefly explain the idea of parallelizing instructions’ execution, so that we can focus on the goal of executing more than 1 instruction in one clock cycle to improve the overall system performance. Let’s take a look at some commercial implementations of modern computer architectures.
