Submission of a paper to Digital Signal Processing and Artificial Intelligence for Automatic Learning journal is permitted only if the paper has not been submitted, accepted, published or copyrighted in another journal.
Papers that have been published in SiPML 2020 Workshop proceedings may be submitted for consideration to Digital Signal Processing and Artificial Intelligence for Automatic Learning provided that:
- Authors cite their earlier work to emphasis that the version submitted is extended by at least 30% beyond the original paper accepted by the Workshop SiPML 2020 review committee
- The version submitted to this special issue includes some novel elements, more related work, new experiments, new findings

All submissions are going to be reviewed by three reviewers; the final camera-ready manuscripts must be revised by the author(s) according to reviewers’ comments before it will be sent to the Associate Editors.
