Abstract: Extensive research in many directions on the Internet of Things (IoT) is currently undertaken. In this research we studied the possibility of a low-power monolithic DC converter for applying in the IoT environment. We have specified the possible maximum efficiency of the circuits and the input as well as output voltage. Using the CMOS technology, we have designed the DC to DC converter. We studied the efficiency of the circuit as a function of average output current. The assessment exercises are evaluated when the input voltage is changed and we also observed the temperature variation during the process.
