However, it is a good sign that Bangladesh Government is recognizing the importance of small to medium enterprise (SMEs) for the greater economic growth. SMEs encounter many challenges including shortage of skilled labor, limited access to capital, and poor access to IT. This paper demonstrates an investigation into the Information Communication Technology (ICT) strategy of SMEs in Bangladesh using questionnaires and case studies to find out whether ICT strategy is used in SMEs in Bangladesh and also the current scenario of SME in Bangladesh, the impact of ICT in SME in Bangladesh, measures for growth of SME in Bangladesh. It was noticeable that most of the Bangladeshi SMEs don’t have the required structure to effectively formulate the ICT strategy. However it was found from three case studies that organizations operating with a structured hierarchy proved to be far more advanced with regard to ICT strategy planning. On top of that, communication between levels was more efficient: that is why alignment of ICT strategy with business strategy was indispensable. Natural Language Constraints have a vital role in Business Organization. The main problem is scope ambiguity when these NL constraints are translated into formal languages. Human beings can understand the context in which these constraints are defined but it is most difficult for a machine to understand the exact meanings of these constraints in their context and this leads to crash the Business System. Therefore before translating these business constraints to OCL, the scope ambiguities should be resolved for correct translation of NL to OCL. For this purpose a new technique is proposed for handling the scope of logical operators used in NL constraints by using the Markov Logic. The subject and scope knowledge and Markov logic integrates into natural language processing. The subject knowledge has been deployed as context knowledge and scope knowledge was acquired from the business constraints. Markov logic was applied to NL constraints for selecting the most possible meaning of an ambiguous NL constraint based on the context. The presented work shows that by handling the identified cases of scope ambiguities of logical operators, we can take correct translation of business constraints into formal specifications. The silicon based computers do only what is told (and how), are becoming very small with increasing speed but how long this mechanism of decreasing chip size and increasing the speed of current computation will continue. Today’s personal computer’s silicon chip consists of 50 to 60 million transistors on a small sized IC. According to quantum physics, if the silicon chip continues to decrease, it will reduce the effective transmission of signals. Computer chips are made of toxic substances such as arsenic which can cause damage to nerve cells and immune system especially in children. Silicon based chips consume lot of energy and dissipate heat. DNA computing on the other hand has the potential such as parallel & distributed processing, massive storage of data, scalable, adaptive (through learning or evolution) and flexible to minimize costs, to solve the complex NP problems that are difficult to solve by the current computation.
