Non-Indian Authors Registration Fee
At least one author must attend the conference to present his/her papers. If an author has more than one accepted paper, he/she must pay the full registration fee plus extra page charges if any for the first paper.
Each additional paper costs 50% of regular rates plus extra page charges if any.
The conference full registration fee includes luncheons, refreshments and workshops.

Method of Payment
Visa and American Express Credit cards are accepted for payments and recommended. DIRF does not accept wire transfers, however, we can accept western Union. An exception is authors from India, Bangladesh and Gulf countries who can send demand draft in the Indian Rupees to the following address

For authors from countries that have difficulty in online payment, they can send wire transfer through Western Union Only in favor of DIRF on the above address. Other types of wire transfer are not acceptable. Please inform us or send us your proof of payment once you do this. If you have any problem, please send us email.

Cancellation Policy
If the registered participants like to cancel their registration, they can do by selecting the option cancellation in the registration system. There will be an administrative charge of 60 Euros for each cancellation. After May 15, there will be no cancellation.
