Abstract: In the recent period, the Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks is increasingly applied for various uses in cars, buses and trucks. While designing the mobile networks, the car movement can act as a signal as it work as nodes in the networks. In the VANET deployment process, each participating car is used as a wireless router which make the cars to connect the network of various ranges. This process generates safety applications as well as other intelligent based transportation systems. For successful intelligent transportation systems, algorithms and protocols are applied. In this work we use Message transmission algorithm and the related algorithms for its employment. The used new algorithm enables to speed up the processes such as congestions, accidents, damaged roads, inclement weather and other activities.
