Anti-plagiarism Policy

Quality and Anti-plagiarism/Anti-Malpractice Policy

The JDIM editorial board considers the submissions for publication only original content and contributions that have not been published earlier. The journal uses several detection tools to control copied content in submitted manuscripts. Contributors should understand that plagiarism is a violation of the system of science and research, and everyone, such as authors, reviewers, editors, publishers and readers, needs to be aware of Publication Ethics.

The journal's editorial board analyses all reports of plagiarism and will reject them while reviewing the submitted manuscript if they contain published text in any form, including paraphrasing. Even though there is no international protocol or standard about the accepted similarity, we use the below standards.

  • The text should contain less than 15%, similarity with earlier published content.
  • Reference lists published in the earlier papers are checked to see whether the authors reproduce the already published text without reading the earlier original papers. We also analyse the text citations and ensure the correctness
  • We use an AI use detection system to find whether any AI tool is used for text generation. Thus, AI similarity is an important parameter to decide the acceptance and rejection.

This journal intends to publish ONLY high-level eminent papers with originality and novelty in content. The journal strongly suggests NOT to use or copy any part of the already published materials. The papers submitted to the journal first will undergo a screening process for originality in content. If they satisfy this requirement, the papers will be sent for review. Otherwise, the papers will be rejected at the first level. The authors who indulge in plagiarism or malpractice will be blacklisted.

Authors are not permitted to use AI tools to write papers or prepare their content. They are allowed to use text editors only to correct language errors.
