Author Guidelines

Submissions to the DLINE journals can be made using the link for submission under the selected journals.
General Instructions to authors
The paper text length is maximum 6000 words. Images and figures need to be sent separately in tiff or jpeg format with a resolution not less than 300 dpi. The paper can be either in word or pdf or latex format.

Abstract: The abstract is in Times New Roman font, fully justified in italics with the font size 10.
Keywords: four to six key words separated by commas with the font size 10 in times new roman
1. Introduction
The text of the paper should be in Times New Roman with the font size of 10. There is no space in the beginning of the paragraphs. The text should be justified.
2. Headings and subheadings
The headings and sub headings should be in the Times New Roman font 10 bold. They should be numbered continuously.
3. Footnotes
Footnotes can be given at any place of the text from title to acknowledgement. It should be in times new roman 8 italics font.
4. Illustrations
Place illustrations (figures, tables, drawings, and photographs) in the text at the places where they are discussed, rather than at the end of the paper. Number illustrations sequentially (but number tables separately). Place the illustration numbers and caption under the illustration in 10 point times new roman normal font.
Send illustrations separately in tiff, bmp or jpeg format with the resolution of not less than 600 dpi.
5. Equations
If you are using Word, use either the Microsoft Equation Editor or the MathType add-on (http://www.mathtype.com) for equations in your paper.
Number equations consecutively with equation numbers in parentheses flush with the right margin. First use the equation editor to create the equation. Then select the “Equation” markup style. Press the tab key and write the equation number in parentheses.
6. References
For references use the Times New Roman 10 font. See the examples given below.

7. Author biographies
Author biographies should not exceed 100 words. The photos of authors need to be in tiff or jpeg format.
The Review Process
Each submission will be processed at the first level by the Editors and, if it is suitable for publication, then it is sent to a minimum of two referees for double blind peer review. Manuscripts may also be subject to additional review by editorial board members. The normal time for review is 30 to 90 days.
Copyright
Articles submitted to the journal should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other publication at the same time. Authors need to sign the copyright form.

Authors should note that proofs are not supplied prior to publication and ensure that the paper submitted is complete and in its final form.

DLINE do not require the authors to pay any processing or publication fees.

Editorial and Review Process
DLINE follows a complete peer-review process. When a paper is submitted, it will be checked by the editor for basic quality. Each paper is then subjected a plagiarism check. The journals follow a double-blind review process and there are standards to observe the quality of submissions.

Pre-check

Immediately after submission, this check is initially carried out by the editor to assess:

  • Suitability of the manuscript to the journal/section/special issue;
  • Qualification and background of authors;
  • Reject the low-level papers.

Peer-review

The submissions undergo review by a minimum of two experts in the domain. The reviewers may be either independent reviewers or editorial board members. The journals follow a double-blind review process.
.The reviewers are expected to provide their objective comments for the originality/novelty, methodology and design, datasets, experimentation, presentation and language and contribution to the domain. The reviewers recommend the editors to accept, or accept with major revisions, accept with minor revisions or reject. The detailed comments of the reviewers are forwarded to the authors by the editors. In the last five years, no single paper is accepted without revision.
