The paper highlights the reasons causing the greatest difficulties for pupils when learning programming. It is shown that the existing class system cannot address a problem of pupils’ low motivation to learn computer science. The goal of the work is to present and justify a model of megalessons on programming, conducted in international educational cluster to provide better quality of the learning of computer science. The essence of the model is an organization and execution of “megalesson” simultaneously for several schools of the cluster. Megalesson is driven by joint participation of teachers, students of pedagogical higher education institutions, and ITbusiness professional(s), with shared context created using videoconferencing tools and cloud services. Results of the pedagogical experiment are presented to prove the efficiency of the suggested model. Unlike traditional databases, optimized for fast access and summarization of structured data and well defined queries, Big Data is believed to serve as a raw material for the creation of new knowledge. We look at the complexity placed by big search spaces, dominated by the number of variables and domain of each variable, in search and optimization problems. While a large, even infinite, search domain impairs the effectiveness and efficiency of search, a complex structure of constraints further increases the difficulty in that the search space becomes highly irregular. In order to overcome the above issues we propose a novel Hierarchical Manipulated Genetic Algorithm with Ant Colony Optimization (HMGA-ACO) with data pre-processing which has the potential to optimize the data and retrieve the data with more accuracy and precision. In this paper, we propose a novel framework Micro chunk based Web Delivery Framework which uses micro chunk. The framework aims to address the challenges posed by regular chunk in a personalized scenario. We will look at the techniques for creating micro chunk and we will discuss the advantages of micro chunk when compared to a regular chunk for a personalized mobile web scenario.
