The fundamental challenge faced by the 21st century clinical practitioner in a developing country is to acquire proficiency in understanding and interpreting clinical information so as to update knowledge that leverage the quality of decisions made at the clinics. An additional challenge must be considered by the clinical practitioners to make potentially life-saving decisions whilst attempting to deal with large amounts of clinical data. Since the Clinical Knowledge Management Systems (CKMS) consist of most related Data, Information and Knowledge, it could be utilized to achieve the above challenges. Shortage of medical experts in Health Institutions located in rural and remote areas in developing countries being a huge problem which effects badly to the quality of healthcare. By providing facilities for medical practitioners to access KMS, this problem can be alleviated substantially. A Knowledge Management (KM) solution would allow healthcare institutions to give clinical data context, so as to allow knowledge derivation for more effective clinical diagnosis. It would also provide a mechanism for effective transfer of the acquired knowledge in order to aid healthcare workers as and when required. This study has identified the factors that affect to the knowledge management initiatives. There is a strong association between accessing and using Information/knowledge in clinical activities and quality of healthcare. Moreover, attitudes of Medical Practitioners (MP), Infrastructure facilities, patient Information systems, patient treatment, staff benefits etc., have shown positive effect to the success of Knowledge Management in Health Institutions. The research has used a case study methodology for accomplishing the research objectives. Rural and remote areas in Sri Lanka have been considered for the case study since it is one of the developing countries situated in the Asian region. To achieve our goal, the two proposed design algorithms are implemented using Altera Cyclone FPGA. The originality of the work resides in the experimental validation of the simulation results with a car like robot using a lane following system. Numbers of parameters like training iterations, neurons in the hidden layer are used during this analysis. The simulation results show that the ANN trained by BPM algorithm will provide better performances than that trained by simple BP algorithm. The strategies for treatment management and terminal cure must be established in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach for a total cancer care program. The system used for this work in a radiotherapy service consists of a set of 5 personnel computers (PC’s), one PC server, 3 linear accelerators (VARIAN model) and 2 scanner simulators (VARIAN and General Electric) located in five cure rooms. Currently, the problem of the quality services and the accidents in radiotherapy services in the world is not solved. This system is used in order to improve the quality services and to increase the medical care. Its main purpose is to avoid mistake’s treatment which could kill patients. Accidents occur till now even in developed countries (USA, France, England, etc). This project is in its first step. Some results are obtained and described in this study. While Multiway Decision Graphs model checker (MDG-MC) has great advantages of using abstract variables and uninterpreted function symbols to describe sets of states and transition relations that increase the functional domain of MDG-MC, the state explosion problem is still the main limitation that prevents MDG-MC from verifying real modern designs. In this paper, and to alleviate the state explosion problem, we introduce a simple but powerful Cone of Influence and constants propagation reduction techniques to improve the efficiency of verification process of MDGMC. The preliminary experimental results confirm that the reduction in model checking time and memory size can be dramatic, thereby allowing for the verification of hitherto intractable systems.
